To deliver our services effectively, the Application securely shares the Mobile number and Email address with a third-party service, the Public Data Office Aggregator (PDOA), utilizing HTTPS methods. We ensure that these third parties adhere to stringent data protection standards.
For the purpose of enhancing user experience and addressing application-related issues, the Application collects device information such as Device Make and Model, Device Operating system version, and supported Wi-Fi bands. This data is treated as non-sensitive and is used solely for internal purposes, contributing to app improvement.
All personal and sensitive user data collected by the Application is securely stored in the backend database. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect this information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
In compliance with regulatory requirements, the Application may share personal and sensitive user data with authorized agencies in the country. Such sharing is conducted with the highest regard for privacy laws and user rights.
Users have the option to delete their accounts within the Application, resulting in the immediate removal of personal and sensitive user data from the backend server. Only data necessary for regulatory compliance is retained for a specified period.
Location data is considered sensitive and is used exclusively for providing location-based services. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.
